Since our outbound cashflow over that period for interest will be much less than most folks (and since I don’t get much of a MID anyway), I project that my rent-vs-own projection favors owning, provided the NJ market holds together for another 15 or so years, and the state doesn’t jack taxes to pay for its bad bets on unions and corrupt pols.
